New User Account Activation Instructions

Did you receive an invite to join Our Turtle House by a friend or family member?

If so, here’s how to activate your shared membership account.

IMPORTANT: You MUST be added by a paid user on the Family Plan BEFORE following these steps...

First, download the mobile app using one of these links:
Apple: www.ourturtlehouse.com/apple
Android: www.ourturtlehouse.com/android

As soon as you open the app, click on the “New User” button.
Fill out the Registration form. The email address MUST match the one used when you were added to the account.
Create a unique Username and Password to use for logging in.
Click “Submit” to create the account and log in automatically.

If you have followed these steps, but you cannot access the full list of content, you were probably not added to a paid account correctly. Please get in touch with the person who added you to make sure they did so properly.
